The math was never the hard part.

    What existed

For 40 years the math has been settled. Forecasting. Pricing. Margin. Which customers actually make you money. None of it is a secret and none of it is new. Billion-dollar companies have spent millions of dollars a year running it, every year, because it pays for itself.

    What didn't

What cost money was never the math. It was the people who run it. Three people = $440,000 to $620,000 a year easily once benefits, taxes etc. And that is just to get started. Billion-dollar companies spend millions on their teams annually. That is a wall, not a skill gap. It is why no business your size has ever had one.

    What changed

We rebuilt how the work gets done, so the team is small enough to fit a business your size. Same methods. Same standard. A fraction of the cost.

We did not invent the data team.

    We made it affordable.

    And highly effective.
